The FY 2023 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SURVEY DATA IS AVAILABLE
The LGPA Board of Directors is pleased to present the FY 2023 LGPA Compensation and Benefits Survey Results. This survey, the only comprehensive salary and benefits survey designed specifically for the public sector in the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan Area, offers 25 reports on salary and current and post-employment benefits for more than 100 jobs covering five employee categories (executive, professional, clerical, trades and public safety) enabling you to gather accurate and timely statistical data and compare key compensation and benefits information across many local and State government jurisdictions and organizations in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area.
