The FY 2016 Salary and Benefits Survey Results are NOW AVAILABLE!!

The LGPA Survey is the only comprehensive public sector salary and benefits survey in the Baltimore - Washington Metropolitan Region. The salary survey covers more than one hundred titles in five employee categories (executive, professional, clerical, trades and public safety) plus reports on pay practices and the benefits survey offers more than 15 reports on current and post-employment benefits.

However, only members of active organizations whose dues are current will have access to the results. It is in sadness that we share the passing of long-time LGPA Board Member Susan Holsneck on Thursday, December 17, 2015, with her husband at her side. Susan was the Manager of the Compensation & Classification and the Employee Relations divisions of the Fairfax County Department of Human Resources.  She will be greatly missed by her coworkers and colleagues. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.  www.cancer.org
