Manager, Classification and Compensation (Baltimore County, MD)
The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is seeking a well qualified and highly skilled Manager for their Classification and Compensation Unit located in Baltimore County near the Key Bridge. This position directs and manages all unit programs and activities located in the MDTA Office of Human Resources and Workforce Development, including managing, administering, researching and coordinating the implementation of laws, rules, regulations and policies to assure the proper classification and allocation of compensation levels to the approx. 1,600 MDTA statewide positions across labor, clerical, administrative, technical, professional and sworn officer fields.
