The 2015 Annual Fall Conference and Awards Luncheon held this past Friday, November 6, 2015,  was a fantastic event.  If you were one of the more than 75 people that attended -  Thank You for joining us!  If you weren't able to attend you missed some very informative and thought-provoking presentations from four dynamic speakers:

  • Melissa Sharp, Manager of Public Affairs and Public Relations for WorldatWork on FLSA: Most Recent Changes and Updates.

The FY 2016 Salary and Benefits Survey Results are NOW AVAILABLE!!

After a brief delay due to technical issues, updates to both the LGPA and Akron websites are finally completed and you can continue to directly and seamlessly access the interactive data hosted on Akron's website from our website.  Thank you for your patience during this unexpected delay.

The LGPA Survey is the only comprehensive public sector salary and benefits survey in the Baltimore - Washington Metropolitan Region. The salary survey covers more than one hundred titles in five employee categories (executive, professional, clerical, trades and public safety) plus reports on pay practices and the benefits survey offers more than 15 reports on current and post-employment benefits.

However, only members of active organizations whose dues are current will have access to the results. Please make sure your organization is current on its dues.
